Control The Production Process Flow Of Cables

Leave a message

Raw material preparation: Firstly, various raw materials need to be prepared, including metal wires, insulation materials, sheath materials, etc. These raw materials need to undergo strict quality inspection to ensure compliance with production requirements.
Metal wire production: Metal wires are the main conductive material of cables, usually made of metals such as copper or aluminum. Process metal raw materials into wires that meet specifications through processes such as wire drawing and twisting.
Insulation material treatment: Insulation material is a material used to wrap metal wires and prevent current leakage. Usually, insulating materials such as plastic or rubber are used, which need to be processed into shapes through processes such as extrusion and coating.
Twisting: Twisting metal wires and insulation materials according to design requirements to form the basic structure of the cable.
Sheath processing: The sheath of a cable is a material used to protect the cable from external environmental influences, usually made of materials such as polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride, and needs to be molded through extrusion, injection molding, and other processes.
Integral molding: The twisted cable core and sheath are integrally molded to form the finished cable.
Inspection and packaging: Conduct quality inspection on finished cables to ensure they meet standard requirements. Then proceed with packaging and prepare for shipment.
