1. Wiring method for single control cable:
(1) On the side of the electrical equipment connected to the control cable, peel off the cable casing and remove the insulation layer at the end;
(2) According to the connection requirements, add standard terminals to the exposed copper wires of multiple cables and connect the standard terminals to the required equipment cable ends;
(3) On the distribution box side, connect the wiring terminals on the distribution board behind the cable cabinet to individual cables according to the required configuration.
2. Wiring method for dual control cables:
(1) On the side of the electrical equipment connected to the control cable, peel off the cable casing and remove the insulation layer at the end;
(2) According to the connection requirements, add standard terminals to one side of the control cable and connect them to the required equipment cable end;
(3) Add reverse standard terminals to the control cables on the other side, and connect the reverse standard terminals to the required equipment cable ends;
(4) On the distribution box side, connect the wiring terminals on the distribution board behind the cable cabinet to the standard terminals of the dual control cables in sequence according to the required configuration.
